Roles and Responsibility

Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for creative packaging solutions.
Design and develop sustainable packaging materials that meet regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant packaging regulations and standards.
Manage and maintain accurate records of packaging inventory and supplies.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science or a related field.
Proven experience in packaging design, development, and implementation.
Robust knowledge of packaging materials, including paper, cardboard, plastic, and metal.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
