Role & responsibilities
Initiate e-Sign requests for loan agreements and other required documents.
Monitor document signing status and follow up on pending cases.
Verify successful execution and ensure digitally signed documents are available in the required system.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for incomplete or failed e-Sign transactions.
Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and oversee the digital execution of loan documentation. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end e-Sign workflows initiating digital agreement requests, tracking execution status, ensuring compliant document archival, and resolving failed or pending transactions in coordination with borrowers and internal teams.
