Key Responsibilities
Configure the Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) module time entry layouts, processing profiles and worker time entry setup.
Build time entry, validation, submission and calculation rules using time rule templates and Quick Formulas.
Set up shifts, work schedules, work-week and workforce management structures.
Integrate Time and Labor with Payroll, Absence Management and Core HR.
Run requirement workshops, prepare functional design documents and drive UAT sign-off.
Provide production support, root-cause analysis and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven functional experience implementing Oracle Cloud Time and Labor.
Strong knowledge of time processing/validation rules and time categories.
Experience configuring work schedules, shifts and time device (badge) integrations.
Understanding of Time and Labor integration with Payroll and Absence.
Ability to author Time-related Rapid Formulas.

Valuable to Have
Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
Experience with Workforce Management / scheduling.
