Production Manager

Location: Silyari, Raipur Chhattisgarh

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to oversee day-to-day production operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and manage production teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled time.
Manage and coordinate production staff and workers.
Monitor production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
Identify and resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks.
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures.




Monitor wastage and implement measures to improve productivity.
Train and guide production staff as required.
Report production performance and issues to management.

Requirements
3–4 years of relevant experience in production/plant operations.
Robust team-management and leadership skills.
Valuable knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
Ability to handle production targets and deadlines.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage manpower and coordinate with multiple departments.

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
