Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Public Relations Executive based in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. The PR Executive will be responsible for planning and executing PR strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists and media agencies, and managing client relations. The role includes organizing and handling pre-meets with media and clients, coordinating press interactions, and driving digital PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility online.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-networked in the media industry, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders at once.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute effective PR strategies aligned with client and brand objectives




Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media agencies
Organize and manage pre-meets with media and clients ahead of campaigns/events
Handle day-to-day client relations and act as a key point of contact for PR-related matters
Drive digital PR initiatives including online media coverage, influencer outreach, and digital reputation management
Draft press releases, media notes, and PR content as required
Monitor media coverage and prepare PR reports for clients

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably within a media agency or advertising environment
Robust existing network of journalist and media agency contacts
Proven experience in digital PR and online media management
Excellent client relationship management skills
Robust presentation skills with proficiency in PPT creation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field (preferred)
