Product Expert Key Responsibilities & Skills

Role Overview:

Act as a domain and product SME, supporting Product Owners, Product Managers, and Agile Teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide product/domain expertise during feature and story refinement.
Support acceptance criteria, clarifications, and customer use cases.
Participate in demos, UAT, training, and product validation.
Identify product gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge transfer.
Train development, QA, and support teams on product functionality.

Skills & Qualifications:
Robust domain expertise, preferably Airline Revenue Assurance & Refunds.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical understanding.
Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
Robust collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and continuous-learning mindset.
