Job Summary The Executive – Production Planning & Coordination will be responsible for end-to-end production planning, coordination, and monitoring of all manufacturing activities from the receipt of the customer's Purchase Order (PO) until the final dispatch of finished goods. The role ensures that production schedules are executed efficiently, departments work in coordination, ERP/software is updated accurately, and any delays or bottlenecks are identified and resolved promptly.

Skills Required
Strong production planning and scheduling skills.
Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
Good knowledge of carton manufacturing processes.
Understanding of ERP/MIS software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Preferred Experience
3–5 years of experience in Production Planning within the Printing, Packaging, Carton, or Pharma Packaging industry.
Experience in carton manufacturing will be preferred.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree, Production, Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, Operations Management, or any relevant discipline.
Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
