Responsibilities
Execute the production plan as per daily and monthly targets.
Monitor production processes and ensure optimum machine utilization.
Supervise shift operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions.
Ensure product quality meets defined specifications in coordination with the Quality team.
Coordinate with the Maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions to maintain reliable operations.
Ensure availability of raw materials and coordinate with Stores and Logistics for uninterrupted production.
Prepare and maintain shift production reports, downtime records, and operational logs.
Lead and motivate shop-floor operators and technicians to improve productivity.
