Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Fit-Out to manage and coordinate office fit-out projects in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience with a background in Civil or MEP works.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of office fit-out projects.
Plan project activities, schedules, resources, and manpower.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
Coordinate Civil and MEP activities at the project site.
Identify project risks and resolve site-related issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare project reports and provide regular progress updates.
Ensure timely completion and handover of the project.

Requirements




8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in office/commercial fit-out projects.
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, MEP, or a related discipline.
Robust knowledge of construction and fit-out project execution.
Valuable coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is preferred.
