We are looking for a responsible and proactive Purchase Assistant to support our procurement and logistics activities. The candidate will be responsible for purchasing materials from vendors, coordinating deliveries, handling courier activities, and ensuring timely product movement between vendors, office, and customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Visit vendor locations to purchase required products and materials
Compare prices and coordinate with vendors for quotations
Collect purchased items and ensure timely delivery to the office or customer location
Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability and delivery timelines
Visit courier offices for dispatch and collection of parcels when required
Maintain purchase records, bills, and invoices
Assist in inventory tracking and stock updates
Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders
Support the operations team in procurement-related activities
Ensure products are delivered safely and on time





Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of procurement and vendor coordination
Valuable communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel locally for purchase and delivery activities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
Valuable organizational and time management skills
Responsible and trustworthy attitude

Educational Qualification:
Any Degree / Diploma
Freshers are welcome to apply

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in purchasing, logistics, delivery, or office support roles is an added advantage
Familiarity with local markets and vendors
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
