Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Workday Consultant specializing in HR Colleague Relations (Employee Relations) to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Workday solutions that enable effective management of employee relations, workplace investigations, policy administration, compliance, and workforce engagement initiatives.

- 8+ years of HR technology consulting experience
- 5+ years of Workday

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Colleague Relations Leadership





- Lead the design and deployment of Workday solutions supporting employee and colleague relations programs.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, Ethics, and Employee Experience teams to define and optimize employee relations processes.
- Support management of workplace investigations, grievances, complaints, disciplinary actions, policy violations, and employee concerns.
- Design processes for issue intake, case tracking, escalation management, approvals, and resolution workflows.
- Enable standardized employee relations practices across global and regional business units.
- Support compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal governance requirements.
- Develop testing strategies and test scenarios and lead SIT, UAT, Regression, and Security Testing activities.
- Evaluate Workday biannual releases for employee relations impacts.
- Conduct release readiness assessments and feature adoption planning and coordinate production deployments and post-release validation.

Required

- 8+ years of HR technology consulting experience and 5+ years of Workday implementation and support experience.
- Experience supporting Employee Relations or HR Shared Services functions.
- Multiple end-to-end Workday implementation projects.
- Experience working with global HR organizations.
- Strong understanding of employee relations processes and compliance requirements.
- Workday Integration Certification
- Workday Studio Certification
