Careerflow.ai is building AI-powered tools that help people improve their careers, from optimizing LinkedIn profiles and resumes to discovering better job opportunities. We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor who can combine strong traditional editing skills with the latest AI video generation and creative tools to produce high-quality, engaging content.

What You’ll Do

- Create short-form and long-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels.
- Create AI-generated videos using tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Veo, Sora, Kling, HeyGen, and similar AI video platforms.
- Experiment with AI-powered workflows including text-to-video, image-to-video, AI avatars, AI voiceovers, character generation, and visual effects.
- Turn scripts, concepts, and creative briefs into polished, engaging videos.
- Edit product demos, screen recordings, tutorials, advertisements, social media videos, and educational content.
- Create strong hooks, transitions, motion graphics, animations, captions, sound design, and visual effects.
- Combine AI-generated footage with traditional video footage, stock assets, graphics, and screen recordings.
- Work with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and video formats.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats optimized for different platforms.
- Build repeatable and scalable AI-assisted video production workflows.
- Stay on top of new AI video and creative tools and continuously experiment with emerging technologies.

What We’re Looking For





- 4+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience creating AI-generated and AI-assisted video content.
- Strong experience with AI video generation tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Veo, Sora, Kling, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, sound design, typography, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Experience creating high-performing content for social media and digital marketing.
- Strong creative judgment and the ability to turn an idea or script into compelling visual content.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership from concept through final delivery.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing, creative storytelling, and AI-generated video work.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Higgsfield or similar AI-first video generation platforms.
- Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Flux, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, Luma, or similar tools.
- Motion graphics and animation expertise.
- Experience creating viral short-form content.
- Experience working with AI/SaaS, technology, or consumer internet brands.
- Understanding of content formats and best practices across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
- Experience building AI-assisted production pipelines that reduce editing time while maintaining quality.
