About the Role

This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on IT staffing for US clients. You will own requisitions end-to-end — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates — while using our AI-powered matching tools to move faster without sacrificing quality. You'll work closely with Business Development Managers and clients to understand technical role requirements and deliver a strong, compliant candidate pipeline across a range of IT skill sets.

Must-Have Skills

- 8+ years of full-cycle US IT recruiting experience, ideally supporting staffing or skilled services clients
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other IT-focused job boards
- Ability to read and evaluate technical resumes across roles like developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, and data engineers
- Understanding of common tech stacks, certifications, and IT hiring terminology
- Excellent written and verbal English — comfortable interviewing and presenting candidates to US clients




- Experience using AI-powered sourcing or matching tools to accelerate recruiting workflows
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools for tracking candidates and requisitions
- Familiarity with US work authorization types (W2, C2C, 1099) and basic visa/immigration terminology
- Comfortable working US-aligned business hours for overlap with clients and hiring managers
- Robust organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once

What You'll Do

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT roles across assigned US client accounts
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and AI-powered tools
- Conduct technical screening calls to assess skills, experience, and fit against client requirements
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview-to-offer process
- Negotiate rates and manage submissions for W2, C2C, and 1099 engagements as applicable
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition records in the ATS/CRM
- Partner with Business Development Managers to understand new client needs and role specs
- Track requisition aging, time-to-fill, and pipeline health, flagging risks early
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring or high-demand IT skill sets

- Knowledge of US tech hiring trends and in-demand skill sets
