The Project Manager will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional workflows to drive real estate projects from inception to successful completion. This role demands a highly strategic qualified who can establish critical milestones, manage timelines, mitigate operational bottlenecks, and align diverse stakeholders including internal business units and external government agencies.

Job Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Planning & Lifecycle Management
Orchestrate cross-functional workflows across legal, design, liaison, and construction teams to bring real estate projects to a logical conclusion.
Establish critical project milestones, micro-schedules, and firm activity deadlines.
Conduct periodic reviews of project timelines to track progress, monitor dependencies, and evaluate key performance metrics.
Identify operational bottlenecks early and provide proactive, solution-oriented feedback to senior management to prevent delays.
Stakeholder Coordination & Consents
Collaborate with Business Development (BD) teams to streamline land acquisition processes,



occupant consents, and rehabilitation agreements.
Liaise with TMC agencies (Thane Municipal Corporation or relevant municipal/town planning bodies) to facilitate regulatory permissions and ensure smooth project progress.
Serve as the central point of contact between in office teams, external consultants, legal experts, and corporate management.Key Skills:Key Skills:
