Mentor Match is an online tutoring platform serving students across IGCSE, British, American, IB, and CBSE curricula. We're hiring a QC Specialist to audit our sales conversations and raise the bar on every call.

What You'll Do
Audit sales and renewal calls against quality benchmarks and scripts
Score calls, document errors, and share actionable feedback with the sales team
Flag compliance gaps, misleading commitments, or process deviations
Publish daily/weekly QC reports and track improvement trends
Work with sales leads to refine scripts and training based on audit findings

What We're Looking For
1–3 years in call auditing, sales QC, or quality assurance (EdTech/inside sales a plus)
Sharp ear for detail; robust English and Tamil comprehension
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and QC scorecards
Objective, process-driven, and able to give feedback constructively
Based in Chennai and able to work onsite

Compensation ₹30,000/month fixed.
