Purchase Executive Plumbing & Fire Fighting

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in procurement for plumbing, fire-fighting or MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for timely procurement of project materials while ensuring competitive pricing, quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end purchase of plumbing, fire-fighting and MEP materials.
Source vendors, obtain and compare quotations and negotiate prices.
Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
Coordinate with project/site, stores and accounts teams for material requirements.
Ensure materials are procured as per BOQ, specifications and project requirements.
Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs and vendor details.




Develop new vendors and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers.
Resolve issues related to quality, pricing and delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in MEP, plumbing, fire-fighting or construction.
Valuable knowledge of plumbing and fire-fighting materials.
Solid negotiation, vendor management and quotation comparison skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
Experience with ERP/purchase software is an advantage.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
