Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with candidates from selection until final deployment.
Explain job details, salary, perks and employment terms to candidates.
Coordinate interviews, selection, offers, medicals, documentation and visa processing.
Follow up with candidates regularly and ensure timely completion of requirements.
Maintain candidate records, trackers and daily status updates.
Coordinate with sourcing, visa, emigration and accounts teams.
Handle candidate queries and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
Meet assigned recruitment and deployment targets.
Requirements

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Organised, proactive and target-oriented.
Comfortable using Excel, Outlook and WhatsApp.
