Roles and Responsibility
Manage and supervise the room service team to ensure productive and high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and housekeeping, to maintain seamless service flow.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in all aspects of room service operations.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve exceptional performance and meet targets.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in managing room service teams or similar roles in the hospitality industry.
Solid knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
