Valuable understanding of industry best practices in manual and automated testing – Should Have &

6+ years of QA experience, 2+ years in a QA Manager or QA Department Lead role.
Familiar with Agile software development and DevSecOps delivery processes (burndown metrics, backlog tracking, velocity, task definition, retrospectives, and defect management) and supporting tools, e.g., JIRA, Confluence, GIT, etc.
Able to work in a fast paced, team focused environment with a proven record of delivering and completing assigned tasks as an individual and as team.
