Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Conduct thorough patient assessments and administer medications as prescribed.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Develop and maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in pharmaceutical research.
Solid knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced setting and prioritize tasks.
