Job Title: Research Development Senior Executive Company: Herb Elementz Natureceuticals Pvt Ltd

Location: Kuvadva, Rajkot, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities
Lead the formulation, development, and testing of current products.
Conduct research on emerging trends, raw materials, and technologies to ensure our products are cutting-edge and competitive in pricing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality control, to bring current products from concept to market.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for cosmetic products.
Document and maintain detailed records of formulations, experiments, and product evaluations.
Provide technical support and expertise to the production team during scale-up processes.
Continuously improve existing product formulations based on feedback and market demand.

Key Requirements




Minimum of 3 years of experience in Research Development in cosmetics
Ability to Manage other RD executives and lab operators.
Strong knowledge of cosmetic chemistry, formulation, and ingredient functionality.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Robust communication and teamwork abilities.
Prior experience in color cosmetics will be an advantage
