Key Responsibilities
Sales &
Lead Conversion:
Manage site visits, pitch properties to prospective buyers/investors, and convert leads into bookings.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirement profiles for both residential spaces and commercial ventures.
Client Relationship &
Negotiation:
Maintain strong relationships with clients through transparent communication and regular follow-ups.
Negotiate property deals, pricing terms, and close agreements effectively while maximizing firm margins.
Market Research &
Network Building:
Stay updated on Pune’s real estate market trends, competitive developments, and emerging property hotspots.
Build and expand a network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants to increase lead flow.
Documentation &
Operations Support:
Coordinate with internal administration and legal teams to handle booking documentation, payment schedules, and agreement process requirements.
Provide weekly and monthly sales reporting to senior management.

Key Requirements &
Qualifications
Experience:



1 to 3 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential &
Commercial property experience is essential

).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Local market knowledge of Pune (particularly Baner and surrounding micro-markets).
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM software and reporting tools.
Attributes:
Highly target-driven and goal-oriented.
Qualified demeanor with a strong client-first attitude.
Ability to work effectively during weekend site visits and client meetings.
