Position: Site Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Experience: 1–5 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ, quantity estimates, and rate analysis.
Take site measurements and prepare measurement sheets.
Verify and process contractor RA bills and final bills.
Check quantities as per approved drawings and site execution.
Monitor material consumption and reconciliation.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, Procurement, and Project Teams.
Track project quantities, costs, and variations.
Prepare work orders, subcontractor bills, and quantity statements.
Identify quantity variations and support cost control.




Maintain proper QS documentation and commercial records.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement.
Positive understanding of BOQ, billing, rate analysis, and reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software.
Ability to read and understand civil/construction drawings.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Experience in villa and high-rise residential projects is preferred.

Preferred Experience Candidates with hands-on experience in site quantity surveying, contractor billing, BOQ preparation, and residential construction projects will be preferred.
