Position: Safety Officer

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Industry: Telecom / Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities
Conduct regular safety inspections at project and work sites.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Monitor safe working practices, including work at height, tower climbing, electrical work, and material handling.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for site personnel.
Identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper use of PPE and other safety equipment at work sites.
Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident reports, and related documentation.
Support the investigation and reporting of accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.




Coordinate with site teams to improve overall safety standards.

Educational Qualification
Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
NEBOSH or IOSH certification is mandatory.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
Ability to work at project sites and coordinate with field teams.
Valuable documentation and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel to project locations.

Job Type Full time | Field / Site-based

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
