Requirements:
Any graduate with 1+ years of training experience
Ability to plan and deliver training sessions in classroom, virtual, and OJT (On-the-Job Training) formats.
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps.
Manage sales promoters onboarding, provide OJT support, and continuous handholding.
Deliver product training, sales training, and soft-skills training to promoters.
Support promoters through market visits and field guidance.
Ensure LMS usage and track the effectiveness of training programs.
Maintain coordination with the sales team for training alignment.
