Job Title: SAP Support Specialist

Location: Mumbai – Borivali

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Support Specialist to manage day-to-day SAP support activities, user access, master data, pricing updates, inventory-related transactions, issue resolution, and coordination with the SAP team for system requirements and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
Creating New users and assigning roles to them in SAP
Day to Day SAP issues handling. Raising tickets, maintaining records of it and follow-up
Taking new requirements from Users and make sure will deliver on time by follow-up with SAP Team
Preparing SOPs for Recent developments in SAP
Approval of Sales orders below Minium Selling Price
Finished Goods Product master Creation
INR and USD pricing master creation and updating whenever price changes
Warehouse to warehouse Stock Transfer discrepancies handling and making necessary adjustments in system. Eg short/ excess material received/ dispatched
Sales Returned (Inventory Effect only) booking from all over locations




Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly Stock Audit

Key Skills / Competencies
Strong understanding of SAP support and day-to-day SAP operations
Good knowledge of SAP user management and role assignment
Experience in master data and pricing master management
Understanding of inventory, stock transfers, and sales returns
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Positive documentation and SOP preparation skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with users and SAP/IT teams

Candidate Profile
Experience: 3–5 years in SAP support / SAP operations
Experience handling SAP-related user support and operational activities
Good communication and coordination skills
Candidates who can work from Mumbai – Borivali are preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
