Job Summary

Generali Central Life Insurance is looking for agile and result-oriented Sales Managers to join its Sales & Distribution team. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing Life Insurance Advisors while driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors.
Train and guide advisors on insurance products, sales processes, and business development.
Support advisors in lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion.
Drive monthly business targets and monitor team performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Guide customers with suitable Life Insurance solutions.
Track sales performance and ensure timely reporting.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and sales processes.

Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate in any stream.
Age: Up to 40 years.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the Insurance sector.
Candidates from Banking, Insurance, Finance, Telecom,



or Retail Sales may also be considered.
Valuable communication skills in the local language.
Basic English communication skills.
Robust sales, relationship-building, and team-handling abilities.
Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and target-based work.

Salary & Benefits
CTC: Up to ₹5.25 LPA
Final compensation will depend on last drawn salary, experience, and candidate profile.
