Guide to Heights International is looking for an experienced and highly convincing Telecalling / Inside Sales professional who knows how to turn enquiries into genuine customers.

This is not simply a calling or customer-support role. Your primary responsibility is to speak with students who have enquired about studying abroad, understand their requirements, build confidence and convert qualified leads into counselling/admission prospects.

What we are looking for
Previous experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Telesales, Education Sales or Lead Conversion
Robust track record or understanding of converting leads through phone conversations and follow-ups
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Confident, assertive and qualified telephone presence
Ability to understand a student’s concerns and build trust quickly
Strong follow-up and closing skills
Comfortable working with targets and conversion KPIs




Study abroad / overseas education experience is a strong advantage
Malayalam and English communication required; additional languages are an advantage

Pay: ₹11,520.39 - ₹20,000.00 per month
