Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with quotation preparation, customer coordination, vendor follow-ups, and other sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send quotations as per customer requirements.
Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for pricing, product availability, and specifications.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations and requirements.
Maintain quotation records and sales-related MIS.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer requirements.
Assist with order processing and related documentation.




Handle customer calls, emails, and routine sales coordination activities.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
A few months to 1 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Quotation Management, or a similar role.
Candidates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
IT Infrastructure industry experience will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred: Immediate joiners / candidates available at short notice.
