Job Summary:- We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with solid experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, Generative AI and LLM-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, deploying and optimizing production-ready ML/GenAI applications.

Mandatory Skills
5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science
Solid proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning & Deep Learning
Strong experience in Generative AI / LLM
Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience with LLM Fine-Tuning – LoRA / PEFT
Strong understanding of Embeddings & Vector Databases




Experience with FastAPI / Flask and REST APIs
Experience in ML Model Deployment / Productionization
Knowledge of MLflow / MLOps
Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP
Strong understanding of model performance optimization and monitoring

Valuable to Have
LLaMA / Mistral / Open-source LLMs
vLLM / TGI
Quantization
AI Agents / Multi-Agent Systems
Docker & Kubernetes
Kafka / RabbitMQ
Airflow
CI/CD
GPU optimization

Note: VLM / Multimodal AI experience is not mandatory. Location preference: Candidates from Navi Mumbai / Ghansoli / Airoli / Koparkhairane / Thane who are comfortable working on-site are preferred.

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
