Role: Sales Team Leader

Industry: EdTech / Education

Experience: 2–4 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 + Attractive Incentives

Qualification: Any Degree

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Set daily and weekly sales goals and monitor performance
Motivate, coach, and develop team members
Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue
Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews
Support team members in handling customer objections and closing admissions
Prepare sales reports and track individual/team performance
Ensure proper CRM and lead management
Work closely with Branch Manager and management to achieve business goals





REQUIREMENTS
2–4 years of sales experience
Team handling/Team Leader experience preferred
EdTech sales experience is an added advantage
Solid communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Ability to manage a high-performance sales team
