Job Title : Senior Analyst - HR Operations Payroll (India)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Shift: General Shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a payroll qualified to manage end-to-end payroll operations for India employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute and validate monthly payroll processing.
Manage payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audit support.
Ensure compliance with payroll and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with payroll vendors, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.
Resolve employee payroll, taxation, and settlement-related queries.
Maintain payroll documentation, controls, and SOPs.
Support process improvement and automation initiatives.

Required Skills:
End-to-End India Payroll Processing
Payroll Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Form 16, F&F;)
Payroll Reconciliation & Audit Management
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Experience with HRIS/Payroll Systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar)
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
