About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who is confident in speaking with customers, generating leads, following up with prospects and converting opportunities into sales.

You will be responsible for selling an innovative AI-powered smart ring and explaining its features and benefits to customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email and other channels
Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements
Explain and present the product and its perks
Conduct product demonstrations
Handle customer queries and objections
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure
Build and maintain customer relationships
Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to improve lead generation and conversions

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development,



Inside Sales or B2C Sales
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and customer interaction
Strong target orientation
Valuable presentation and negotiation skills
Graduate in any discipline
Experience in B2C/D2C, consumer products, electronics, technology, premium sales or consultative selling is preferred
