Hands-on experience as a full-stack developer for Salesforce Marketing Cloud creating personalized, agile messages, landing pages, SQL, and is experienced with data configuration, manipulations and advance segmentation.
Robust hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud data and journeys, including advanced SQL and data objects for segmentation and troubleshooting, a explicit understanding of the platform dependencies that enable personalization and reporting
Proven expertise designing and executing customer journeys using Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and CloudPages.
Ability to evaluate implementations and provide optimizations and improvements if applicable.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience creating technical documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.

Additional Preferred Skill
Experience in Salesforce Sales or Service cloud, with experience in Salesforce Admin capabilities like Data Model, Security model, lightning pages, flows etc.
