Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Engineer – Design responsible for developing and modifying mechanical components and assemblies, preparing detailed drawings, and supporting product development activities. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Creo, sheet metal design, part modelling, and assembly design.

Key Responsibilities
Create and modify 2D and 3D mechanical designs using AutoCAD and Creo.
Develop part models, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings.
Design and develop sheet metal components, including bends, folds, and fabrication requirements.
Prepare detailed drawings with appropriate dimensions, tolerances, GD&T;, and manufacturing specifications.
Review and modify existing designs based on engineering, manufacturing, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchase, and R&D; teams for design implementation.
Ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and meet required quality standards.




Conduct design reviews and resolve design-related issues during product development.
Maintain and update engineering drawings, BOMs, and design documentation.
Support prototype development, testing, and product improvement activities.
Follow company design standards, engineering practices, and documentation procedures.

Preferred Skills
Experience in pumps, motors, electrical equipment, engineering products and Agri implement or manufacturing industry.
Valuable understanding of fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing processes.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
