Senior Accountant Requirements: (Dubai)
Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
Assisting with annual audit preparations.
Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
Preparing state, local, and special tax returns.
Contributing to the development of recent or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
5+ years of accounting experience.
Working knowledge of tax laws
Robust financial analysis skills.
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
Operating billing software and day account




Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
Managing accounting data of the store
Overall monitoring of Tender reconciliation for Stores
Coordination between Store and bank
Proper account of Shortages and informing recovery
Float Management
Banking receipts / Transfers accounting and clearing
Experience in Tally ERP 9.0.
Knowledge accounting (Sale, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, and Journal), Accounting Entries, Accounts Payable, Receivables and Payroll
Bank Reconciliation Statement
UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
