Sales Executive – Jewellery Showroom

About the Role

Chungath Jewellery is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a qualified approach, and experience working in a target-driven sales workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and silver jewellery based on their requirements
Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
Work towards achieving individual and showroom sales targets
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and exchange schemes to customers
Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation standards
Support billing, stock handling,



and other day-to-day showroom activities
Follow company policies and maintain a professional customer experience

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience
Previous experience in a jewellery showroom is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-service and sales skills
Skilled and presentable approach
Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
