We are looking for a Sales & Placement Manager who can independently handle the complete sales, telecalling, student counselling, admission follow-up and placement activities of our institute.

This is a hands-on individual role. There will be no separate telecalling team, so the selected candidate will personally handle incoming enquiries, calls, follow-ups and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Telecalling
Personally handle all incoming student enquiries and phone calls
Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
Explain courses, fees, facilities and career prospects
Counsel students and parents
Convert enquiries into admissions
Maintain daily lead and follow-up records
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

Student & Admission Management
Handle the complete admission process
Follow up with interested students until admission confirmation
Maintain student enquiry and admission data
Coordinate with trainers and management

Placement Handling
Coordinate student placement activities
Contact mobile/laptop service centres and companies
Identify job opportunities for students




Coordinate interviews and placement requirements
Maintain placement records and follow up with placed students

Reporting & Management
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
Track leads, follow-ups, conversions and admissions
Monitor enquiry sources such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and WhatsApp
Report sales and placement performance directly to management

Requirements
Experience in sales, telecalling, counselling or education marketing
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Ability to independently handle sales activities
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Good follow-up and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp
Placement coordination experience is an advantage
