We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and customer-focused Salon Manager – Fresher to manage the day-to-day operations of our men's salon. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in the salon and grooming industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Welcome customers and ensure excellent customer service.
Handle customer enquiries, appointments, and feedback.
Coordinate with salon staff and manage daily schedules.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
Support the team in achieving monthly sales and service targets.
Handle billing, cash management, and basic daily reporting.
Promote salon services, packages, and ongoing offers.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional standards.
Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers when required.
Build good relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat visits.




Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer applications.
Customer-service mindset and a positive attitude.
Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities.
Sales-oriented and target-driven.
Willingness to learn salon operations and management.
