Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, bank, and petty cash transactions.
Prepare and maintain production-wise/project-wise accounts and expense statements.
Monitor and record all film production expenses, including location expenses, artist payments, crew salaries, equipment rentals, travel, accommodation, food, and other production costs.
Verify bills, invoices, vouchers, supporting documents, and payment requests before processing.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
3–7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in film production, media, entertainment, or project-based industries.
Solid knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST and TDS.
Valuable understanding of project-wise costing and expense management.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under production deadlines.




Knowledge of Malayalam and English is preferred.
Willingness to travel to shooting locations when required.
Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
Monitor advances issued to production staff, artists, crew members, and vendors and ensure timely settlement.
Ensure proper documentation and accounting of production advances and reimbursements.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and production-related information.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction and reconciliation.
Support management in budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and financial procedures.
Manage accounting records and reports using Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
