We are hiring for the position of Senior Site Engineer Terminal Building Support Building Faade for multiple upcoming airport projects across Ahmedabad , Mangalore , Trivandrum.

The Senior Site Engineer Terminal Building

Support Building Faade will be responsible for supervising and managing on-site faade installation works for airport terminal buildings and associated support facilities. This includes curtain wall systems, glazing, aluminum cladding, metal panels, skylights, louvers, and other faade elements.

The role ensures that faade works are executed in accordance with approved design drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Senior Site Engineer will coordinate with faade consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure proper installation, quality assurance, and timely completion of faade packages.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day faade construction and installation activities for terminal and support buildings.
- Ensure faade works such as curtain walls, glazing systems, cladding panels, louvers, and skylights are installed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with faade contractors, consultants, architects, and structural engineers for proper execution of faade systems.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure alignment with project timelines and milestones.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with faade system specifications.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals related to faade works.
- Ensure proper coordination between faade systems and structural, architectural, and MEP elements.




- Monitor testing activities including water penetration tests, structural performance tests, and mock-up approvals.
- Maintain site documentation including inspection records, installation reports, and quality checklists.
- Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at the site.
- Support testing, commissioning, and final handover of completed faade systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in faade construction and installation for large-scale commercial, infrastructure, or airport projects.
- Experience in faade systems such as unitized curtain walls, stick systems, aluminum cladding, structural glazing, and metal panel systems.
- Strong understanding of faade installation methodologies, quality control procedures, and faade performance standards.
- Familiarity with faade shop drawings, coordination drawings, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and faade-related installation guidelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction documentation tools.

- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural engineers, and faade consultants.
