Purpose of the Role:

To source and manage marketing and brand-related procurement, enabling cost-effective, compliant, and high-impact marketing execution across product launches, dealer marketing, digital platforms, and experiential campaigns, while partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Dealer Networks. ( ATL, BTL and Digital)

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic & Commercial:
Develop category strategies for automotive marketing spend
Drive cost optimization and ROI improvement across high-value launch and campaign spends.
Manage agency consolidation, rate benchmarking, and long-term contracts and ARC commercial models.
Support annual marketing and launch budgets, tracking inflation in media and digital costs.

Sourcing & Vendor Management: Lead end-to-end sourcing (RFP/RFQ, negotiations, contracting) for:
Creative & Advertising agencies
Media planning & buying agencies
Digital performance marketing & social media partners
Event & experiential agencies (launches, roadshows, auto expos)




Conduct vendor capability assessments aligned to automotive brand and compliance standards

Governance,Compliance & Risk:
Ensure compliance with TML procurement policies, DoA, ethics, and audit requirements.
Manage IP rights, brand usage, regulatory approvals, and data privacy.
Ensure adherence to TML brand guidelines and statutory communication norms.

Innovation & Digital Enablement:
Identify and onboard recent-age digital, influencer, and mobility marketing partners.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Any Graduate /MBA
Desired Work Experience: Relevant experience greater than 5 year
Necessary Knowledge: Marketing Purchase
Desired Industry and Sectors: Working understanding of Areas Marketing Spend, contracting, Marketing Research.
