Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and recommend appropriate services or repairs.
Prepare and explain service estimates, repair orders, and invoices to customers.
Coordinate with technicians to diagnose issues and monitor repair progress.
Keep customers informed about service status, additional repairs, costs, and completion times.
Schedule service appointments and manage customer follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of customer and vehicle service history.
Inspect completed work to ensure customer requirements are met before vehicle delivery.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Promote recommended maintenance, service packages, and genuine parts when appropriate.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting service department targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
