Key Responsibilities & Duties
Execution & Supervision: Managing daily construction activities, including RCC, structural, and finishing works, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Quality Control (QC): Implementing QC procedures, conducting inspections, reviewing test reports, and ensuring materials meet standards.
Technical Coordination: Interpreting architectural and structural drawings to guide construction and resolve technical issues in office.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining daily progress reports, site diaries, and quality records.
Resource Management: Coordinating with subcontractors and managing material usage efficiently.
Safety Adherence: Ensuring all personnel follow safety protocols.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Technical Standards:



Solid understanding of IS codes, structural drawings, and material specifications.
Site Management: Experience in supervising construction activities and managing labor.
Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools.
Communication: Ability to liaise with contractors, consultants, and management.
Looking for experience in Plotted development project or high rise building

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
