We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Executive to lead operations at a leading marble and granite showroom in Chelari. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring smooth showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day showroom operations.
Ensure excellent customer service and client handling
Maintain product display standards and showroom presentation
Monitor sales performance.
Implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in marble, granite, tiles, construction or building material industry.
Proven experience in team handling and showroom management
Solid communication and leadership skills
Ability to drive sales and meet targets
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

Salary: Best in the industry (based on experience and performance)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
