Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create high-quality solutions.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
Optimize components for maximum performance across devices and browsers.
Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure performance and reliability.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Follow best practices for software development, including version control and CI/CD.

Requirements:
Solid proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js .
Experience with contemporary JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.




Proficiency in building responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.
Hands-on experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.
Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
Familiarity with Git, Docker, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have :
Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of serverless architecture or microservices.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Prior experience in leading teams or projects.
