Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and reporting. The candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles and practical experience in Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and payroll-related accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries.
Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledger accounts.
Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly financial reports and management statements.
Handle GST filing, reconciliation, and related documentation.
Handle TDS calculation, payment, and return filing.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial records.
Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
Monitor cash and bank transactions.




Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Support payroll accounting and salary-related entries when required.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
Coordinate with management, suppliers, customers, and internal departments.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
Excellent working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Positive knowledge of GST and TDS.
Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
