Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Instrumentation or related field
Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and service Cash Counting Machines, Currency Sorting Machines, Note Sorting Machines, and Banking Automation Equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of machines.
Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, sensor, and PCB-related issues.
Replace components such as sensors, rollers, belts, motors, and power supplies.
Maintain service reports and customer records.
Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams.
Provide basic machine training to customers.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.
Required Skills
Experience in Cash Counting / Currency Sorting / Note Sorting Machines preferred.
Valuable troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of electronic and mechanical components.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi communication preferred.
Willingness to travel.
