Supervision
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at RDSS project sites.
Execute foundation works for poles, transformers, RMUs, and electrical equipment.
Monitor trenching, PCC works, fencing, cable route civil activities, and related infrastructure works.
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with electrical and survey teams for smooth execution.

Planning &
Coordination
Coordinate with Project Managers, contractors, vendors, and field teams.




Track daily site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Report site issues and execution status regularly.

Quality &
Safety
Ensure quality standards are maintained during execution.
Follow project safety guidelines and ensure secure work practices at site.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship quality.

Documentation &
Reporting
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
Maintain measurement records and site activity logs.
Support preparation of contractor measurements and billing documentation.

Client Coordination
Coordinate with DISCOM officials and local stakeholders whenever required.
Support project inspection and handover activities.
