Key Responsibilities
Lead client interactions and understand the couple's vision, requirements, priorities and expectations.
Coordinate with clients, families, vendors, dcor, hospitality and internal teams.
Develop and manage detailed wedding plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
Work closely with the couple to translate their ideas into the overall wedding experience, particularly dcor and event design.
Oversee guest management, hospitality, logistics and on-ground execution.
Anticipate potential issues and resolve them proactively.
Maintain high standards of execution throughout the wedding lifecycle.
Conduct post-event closure and ensure complete handover.

Requirements
4+ years of relevant wedding planning/event management experience,



preferably with luxury or destination weddings.
Robust client-management and stakeholder-management skills.
Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving ability.
Solid understanding of dcor, hospitality, logistics and wedding production.
Ability to manage multiple teams, vendors and family stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and solid ownership mentality.
Ability to remain composed and decisive under pressure.
